Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays can occasionally happen.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
